BIOS Update Instructions


1. Save BIOS update zipped file to a temporary directory.

2. Extract the necessary files

3. Copy the contents of the file to a bootable floppy disk, USB device or CD-ROM

4. Boot the target PC with the device connected or inserted.

5. Configure the BIOS of the target system to boot to the bootable device

6. Press DELETE during boot to enter BIOS setup

7. Enter the Advanced BIOS Features menu and then select Boot Sequence.

8. Ensure that the bootable device is set as the first boot device in the list (Press ENTER on the first boot device and then select the device you want as the first boot device to change it)

9. Selecting F10 to save and exit the BIOS Setup

10. Reboot the target PC and at the prompt type Flash.bat to launch the BIOS update process.

11. The system should reboot once complete.

12. Enter the BIOS Setup and select Load Optimized defaults. Then select F10 to save and exit.


Note: During the update process DO NOT shut down the PC or interrupt the process, this could cause damage to the motherboard.
